My approach draws on a wide range of integrative therapeutic techniques:

 

This may include Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, basic strokes of Swedish massage, Deep Tissue manipulation, Neural Reset Therapy, stretching, heat, petrissage (a massage technique that involves kneading the body), hot stones, cupping, Cranial Sacral, and most recently, Reiki. I usually use a combination of these based on clients’ needs and what is perceived to be most beneficial. My approach includes customized sessions specific to ones needs.

60 Min Massage   $90

A 60 min massage is the most common time frame clients choose for a good overall relaxation massage. Most of the time will be spent on trouble areas, but there is also typically enough time to cover most of the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body.

90 Min Massage   $130

A 90 min massage is ample time to address several problem areas. Many clients, who enjoy deep tissue work, opt for the 90 min session, as deep tissue work is done slowly to allow time to work through the deeper muscle and connective tissue layers of the body.

120 Min Massage  $180

A 120 min massage is often realized as a supreme experience of relaxation. Each area of the body is thoroughly cared for, allowing the nervous and muscular systems to deeply restore, and the mind to escape into timeless relaxation . Adding hot stones intensifies the experience.
