My approach draws on a wide range of integrative therapeutic techniques:
This may include Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, basic strokes of Swedish massage, Deep Tissue manipulation, Neural Reset Therapy, stretching, heat, petrissage (a massage technique that involves kneading the body), hot stones, cupping, Cranial Sacral, and most recently, Reiki. I usually use a combination of these based on clients’ needs and what is perceived to be most beneficial. My approach includes customized sessions specific to ones needs.
